2. Quotes and Pricing: All quotes provided by MLE Awesome Creations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. Custom orders and quotes are based on the specifications provided by the customer.

Order Processing and Lead Times: a) Default Lead Times: Our default lead time for processing and crafting your custom products is two weeks from the date of order confirmation and payment receipt. b) Rush Orders: If you require a faster turnaround time, please contact us to discuss rush order options and associated fees.
4. Payment: a) Payment Methods: We accept payments via the methods specified during the checkout process. b) Payment Terms: Full payment is required before we begin processing your order.
5. Changes and Cancellations: a) Changes: Any changes to your order must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. b) Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of payment receipt. Cancellations after this period may incur a cancellation fee.
6. Returns and Refunds: a) Custom Products: Custom products are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. b) Stickers: Stickers can be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are unused and in their original condition.
7. Shipping and Delivery: a) Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your location. b) Delivery: We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or postal strikes.
8. Intellectual Property: a) Custom Designs: By providing custom designs and content, you confirm that you have the right to use and reproduce the content. We are not liable for any copyright or trademark infringements.
9. Limitation of Liability: MLE Awesome Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our products.
10. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
