MLE Awesome Creations Return Policy
General Policy
At MLE Awesome Creations, all items are made to order. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Orders Placed
Orders must be paid in full before items will be made.
Order Cancellation
- After Order Completion: Orders canceled after order completion will not be refunded.
- Before Order Completion: Orders canceled before the item has been made will incur a 10% cancellation fee for the edited or created design.
Color Variation
We do not perform color matches or corrections. Therefore, every item has its own unique color, which may differ from what is seen on your phone or computer screen.
Quality Assurance
We stay in close contact while editing and creating your order to ensure there are no misprints, defects, or damages.
Delivery Policy
- Delivery Services: Orders are delivered via PUDO or The Courier Guy normal shipping service.
- Shipping Confirmation: Shipping details will be confirmed with the client before the order is shipped.
- Customer Responsibility: Delivery is at the customer’s own risk. MLE Awesome Creations does not take responsibility for items lost or damaged during delivery.
- Local Pickups: Local pickups in Vanderbijlpark can be arranged with the office via WhatsApp or email. Please use your order/invoice number as a reference.
